What was the highlight of Sol Tenerife Hotel
Good
Great selection of food and drink, food was a of a great quality and lots of choice. Rooms a nice size with balcony. Plenty of seats around pool area and activities if you wanted to join in. Good location, back gate takes you straight to the beach bars and the front, onto the strip, walking distance to the golden mile. 15minutes to the airport, we got the local airport bus was only 3euro and pretty much dropped outside of the hotel.
As others have said the karaoke bar opposite is extremely loud, excessive noise until 2am, you cannot sleep through out. Nothing that the hotel can do but maybe they should consider speaking to the bar about the volume. They have music playing all day that you can hear at a normal level but as soon as its 22.00pm it goes up to an excessive level. Rooms and communal areas are dated but it does not impact your stay. You can hear your neighbours, walls are very thin so bare that in mind.

Great location
Needs another bar for the top pool. Inside bar in the evening is dire, should be using the outside bar and the outside stage for entertainment
